POLICIES
Please review the following policies. By contacting Edgar Revilla via phone, cell phone, email, mail, or by any and all other means of communication; you agree and/or acknowledge that you have reviewed and understand the following policies:
CONTRACT(S)
Signed contract(s) are required for all booking. Contract(s) are to be signed and confirmed 7 days before any booking(s). If booking is placed within less then 48 hours; contract(s) must be signed and confirmed by end of day when first contacted.
RATES
Rates are arrived upon after discussion of what the booking(s) entails. Rates do not cover: Gas, Meals, Per Diem, Travel Expenses, Shipping, Shopping, Mileage, Rentals, Cleaning, Kit Fees, Purchases, or any and all other expense involved in the course of the booking(s); unless otherwise stated in writing. All rates are quoted and must be paid in $US funds.
PRODUCTION/“PERSONAL” SHOPPING/RENTAL BUDGETS
Any and all funds agreed to for the purposes of acquiring items for a Production/Event/Shoot/Etc; must be deposited and cleared 24 hours after the contract(s) are signed. In the event of a booking made within 48 hours before a job is to commence; the “Client” must messenger over a Certified Check, and/or Money Order, and/or Cash. A working Credit Card must also be made available for deposit(s) purposes (i.e. Costume/Prop Houses, Studio Services, Designer Showrooms, Etc).
DEPOSIT
A 50% deposit of the total rate is required at the time of booking(s). If the total balance is under $500 - the full amount must be paid. Client(s)/Production(s) who are based outside of a 50 mile radius of Downtown Los Angeles City Hall (200 North Spring St., Los Angeles, CA 90012) will be required to pay the full amount 48 hours before the date of the booking(s). Be advised that no date(s) will be reserved until a signed contract and deposit have been received. The deposit is nonrefundable and nontransferable.
TRAVEL
Any and all booking(s) outside of a 50 mile radius of Downtown Los Angeles City Hall (200 North Spring St., Los Angeles, CA
90012) is subject to any/all of the following: Travel Day(s) Booking rates, Gas, Meals, Per Diem, Travel Expenses, Mileage, Air Fair, Hotel, etc; unless otherwise stated and signed by all parties in writing at the time of the booking(s).
CANCELLATIONS & POSTPONEMENTS
In the event of a postponement or cancellation, the client will be billed 100% of the rate. Unless, otherwise stated and signed in writing. Please note: New contract(s) must be signed upon any and all rescheduling of any and all booking(s).
DELAY/NONPAYENT OF RATES, REIMBUSTMENTS, & FEES
Any & all new clients must pay at the end of the job; whether it is for a production/shoot/event/etc; unless otherwise stated in writing. Net 30 terms are given on a case by case basis for Editorial only. Unpaid Balances/Reimbursements past 7 days of the agreed upon date of payment are subject to a 20% interest added late fee or $100($US); whichever amount is greater. An additional 10% interest on the original amount will be added per weekly increments after the 7th day; until balance is resolved. After 70 days have passed legal actions will be taken. An additional handling charge of $5000.00 will also be added to any and all unpaid balances that are filed in the courts. Additionally, any and all legal fees and court costs will be the responsibility of the “Client”. Please note: Any and all “Bad Check’s” will also be filed with the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office.
PULL/LETTER OF RESPONSIBILITY
A Pull Letter or Letter of Responsibility is required for any and all editorials and press shoots/events. If you do not know what one looks like, please send an email to EdgarRevilla@Gmail.com for examples.
SAMPLES & MERCHANDISE
(This section also pertains to Designers/PR Firms/Manufactures/ETC)
The “Client” takes full and total reasonability for any and all sample(s) and/or merchandise while “On Set”* or left in the “Care”** of a “Client”. No responsibility for sample(s) and/or merchandise will be accepted for shipments that are sent to Edgar Revilla’s private office, without an email confirming FED EX, UPS, DHL routing
number(s) and confirmation by Edgar Revilla via email. Also, be advised that Edgar Revilla does not pay for shipping of goods to his private office address. The return of any and all sample(s) and/or merchandise will be handled as agreed upon by the editorial/production/shoot/event/etc, before any and all sample(s) and/or merchandise are shipped out. (I DO NOT USE OVERNIGHT SHIPMENT FOR THE RETURN OF SAMPLES AND/OR MERCHANDISE, if overnight shipping is required, "The original senders" working Fed-Ex/UPS/DHL account number must be given in a prompt and timely manner; unless otherwise stated and agreed upon in writing.)
*Once Edgar Revilla arrives at the designated location of the booking he is considered to be “On Set”.
** Any and all sample(s) and/or merchandise left with the Client attending a Red Carpet Event/Personal Appearance is reasonable for the “Care” of any and all items until the are retuned to their rightful owners and in the condition in which they where loaned out.
PHOTOGRAPHERS, HAIR/MAKEUP, & MODELS LOOKING TO TEST
All testing is subject and considered on a case by case bases. Please do not contact Edgar Revilla and ask who or what contacts he has; as they are considered confidential trade secrets. Paid testing is negotiable.
UNAUTHORIZED USE
Unauthorized use of this website or its contents is strictly prohibited. All “images”* are copyrighted by their respected Production Companies/Photographers/Publications/Agencies/Copyright Holders/ ETC. Anyone found in violation is subject to the following: A notification handling charge of $4,500. As well as, any and all legal fees and court costs that are incurred by Edgar Revilla, and any/all other fines/fees imposed by the respected Production Companies/Photographers/Publications/Agencies/Copyright Holders/ ETC whose “images”* where used without the written permission/authorization.
*“Images” refers to any and all still photography, Videos/Reels, Moving Images, etc;
